Cambodian National Confederation for Laborers Protection was established on June 16, 2011 and registered in No KB/VK on July 11, 2011 in the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, is the unity, protect and justify confederation. Nowadays, CNCLP has 48 500 members from federation members, five of federations such as: Cambodian Workers of Economic Union Federation, Khmer Workers Power Union Federation, Trade Union Corporation Federation of Cambodia, Cambodian Labour Solidarity Union Federation and Independent Worker Union Federation.
VISIONS:
Cambodia obtain a society with the rule of law, labour solarity,independance, democracy, equally and fully respection the human right between men and women as well as good and convenient living condition. Citizens will get legality social,democratic fully respecting human right between men and wormen better living condition.

AIMS:
- Improve cooperation with the government, employers and the federation of workers and employees,
- Announce and educate the human right, the Labour law, the democracy and other skills,
- Compel to implement the policy of democracy, the human right and labour law,
- Improve the living standard of workers, employers, civil-servants, teachers as well as all levels of people,
- Compel to strengthen the educational sector and social justice,
- Provide legal support to members and their families,
- Compel to manage the national budget and loan high effectively.
OBJECTIVES:
Improve the high capacity and knowledge of association, union and federation leaders such as:
- Increasing members gradually in all sectors, contribution payment,
- Having authority innegotiations and influence in Cambodia,
- Members having good labour condition,
- Being the national and international representatives,
- Getting more women as leaders and members
- Having internal solidarity
